We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 48 hours and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.
REFUND Policy
We do not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a Winks Love Guarantee on all of our services (see Guarantee Policy). If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge. Please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation.
LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW Policy
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid charges. This allows us enough time to offer that time slot to another guest and notify our technicians of their new schedule so that they can plan their day accordingly. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged in full to the credit card with which they were held; appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window are considered LATE CANCELLATIONS, and you will be charged 50% of the service. Cancellations can be made by phone, email or in person. * 1st Late Cancellation – Free pass as we realize this sometimes happens if notice is given at minimum 2 hours prior to appointment. * 2nd No show – Fee $25 prior to appointment. * 3rd No Show – A charge of 50% of the scheduled service and a referral to a new lash boutique.
LATE POLICIES
ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT * Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available. * If you are 30 minutes late or more and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees may apply. IF WE ARE RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE * We respect your time, and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind, we will offer you a discount of 5% for every 10 minutes you wait.
Electronic Device Policy
We live in the age of the smartphone; there’s no getting around that. Please be courteous and respectful of your technician’s time and work by keeping your phone on silent until you have left the session room. Texting and cell phone calls can thwart the rhythm of a service. Should be turned onto silent mode and put away in order to minimize distractions and potential hazards—this is especially crucial for eye and brow services, which involves the use of tweezers and adhesives around the delicate eye area, and therefore requires a great deal of focus and precision on the part of our technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if you use your cell phone.
